BATLEY BULLDOGS Cheerleaders held a 1920s-themed presentation evening to celebrate a memorable season for the girls.
Also known as Batley Xplosion, the cheerleaders performed at every home game the Bulldogs played last season, in a year which saw the first team reach the Super 8s Qualifiers.
This year also saw Xplosion finish fourth in their first competitive outing.
Ellie Strafford went away with the night’s top honour, having being crowned cheerleader of the year.
Meanwhile Grace Smith was named most improved cheerleader, Siana Toohey bagged the rising star award and Molly Reid collected the cheerleaders’ cheerleader of the year prize.
The girls are now preparing for another competitive event which takes place tomorrow (Sat, Dec 3).
