Unlucky Bells struck for 13 by Howden Clough

Howden Clough shrugged off their poor form in the Spen Valley League to rout Ring O’Bells 132 in the first round of the Sonder Heating Cup.
Darron Bryon, Luke Adams and Jamie Clarke bagged a hattrick apiece, with Chris Peel adding a double and further goals from Nathan Bagshaw and Joe Nadors completing the tally.
A Jordan Ledgard hattrick fired Wellington to a 63 win at Ravensthorpe Rangers. Lee Speight, David Barlow and manofthematch Thomas Yarnold added to Ledgard’s treble, with Fessy (two) and Zahid replying.
Mohammed Farooq was also on the hattrick trail, backed up by two goals each from Mohammed Ismaeel and Ashiq Iqbal, as TVR sent Norfolk packing 71. Z Khan hit the consolation.
Another highscoring game saw Thornhill United beat Bosnia 63 thanks to goals from Graham Wood (two), Shaun Spencer (two), Chris Goodwin and Aron Kennedy.
Park equalised in the last minute and went on to beat Marsh 32 with an extratime winner.
Goals from Danny Coucill, Chris Fox and Mathew Ryan outweighed Danny Holdsworth and Josh Wood.
It was the same score at Oakwell Reserves, who led 20 through Ricky Lister and Jamie Sands against Inter Batley only to fall victims to a strong fightback.
A penalty and a lastminute winner helped secure Inter’s progress, with Razman Mazher (2) and A Navsarka on target.
John Taylor netted twice as ALC beat Savile Town Athletic by the odd goal in five. Brian Mitchell was also on target, with Moshia Atha and Soyab Bham replying.
Premier Division action included a stirring comeback by George Healey as they hit back from 30 down at halftime before eventually missing out 54 to Youth 2000.
M Adams (2), I Chibbda, M Rajah and S Pandor outscored Simon Moore (2), Andy Dawn and Chris Bowman.
Rob Rowntree and Phil Holmes scored twice each for West Bradford Spartans as they beat Stithy 64, with Carl Goodchild and Phil Cogan also on the mark. Johnny Beverley (2) and Ben McCann led Oakwell to a 30 home win against Quarry, for whom Rafal Saubak impressed.
The final game ended 11 between BD3 United and Fairbank, with Syeed Hussain and Faifel Swhabbir trading goals.
