Thornhill almost pulled off a remarkable comeback but were forced to settle for a 28-28 draw at home to Skirlaugh.

Skirlaugh were awarded a penalty and opted to kick for goal, Puckering slotted the two points with ease.
As the minutes ticked away Gledhill forced his way over from close range to reduce the deficit to four points.
