Abducted girl, 17, fights off sex attack

A 17-YEAR-OLD girl fought off an attempt to sexually assault her after she was abducted from a Dewsbury street.

She was forced into a dark-coloured three-door vehicle on Huddersfield Road, Westtown, at around 10.30pm on February 21.

Police only released details and an appeal for information on Wednesday of this week.

The girl was driven to Bradford and Halifax and then back to Dewsbury, where an attempt was made to sexually assault her.

An e-fit image, right, of an Asian man in his 20s with dark brown eyes, dark curly hair and a beard, has been released.

“I would like to stress that this is an isolated incident and no other incidents have been reported.”
