ISO Re-Certification
Nine years after initially qualifying as an ISO registered company, 4R Group Ltd is delighted to announce that it has recently passed its re-certification audit for OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health and Safety), ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental) management systems. 4R Group will continue to operate the business to these high ISO standards.
Benefits of the certifications include: widened market potential, compliance to procurement tenders, improved efficiency and cost savings, higher level of customer service, and therefore satisfaction with heightened staff moral and motivation. By having a recognised management standard it tells your customers that you are serious about their needs.
ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, management and staff motivation, the process approach and continual improvement.
The ISO 14001:2015 helps 4R achieve the intended outcomes of its environmental management system, which provide value for the environment, the company itself and interested parties.
OHSAS 18001:2007 is an international occupational health and safety management system that helps minimise risk to employees, sub-contractors and members of the public and demonstrates the company’s diligence in its approach to health and safety.
In the next year 4R Group will be working towards qualifying to be registered under the new Health and Safety standard ISO 45001.
Achilles UVDB Verify
4R Group has achieved excellent Health and Safety (100%), Environmental (100%), Quality (100%) and Corporate Responsibility (100%) scores as part of their fourth annual audit for Achilles UVDB B2 Verify Accreditation.
These results demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement in health and safety, environmental, quality and corporate social responsibility in the workplace.
The UVDB Verify audit is undertaken independently by Achilles and provides a rigorous assessment of a company’s risk critical issues with a particularly strong focus on demonstrable compliance to Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Corporate Responsibility requirements.
The audit was carried out over two days and both management systems and on site procedures were appraised.
The detailed assessment focused on evaluating both the company’s in house health, safety, quality and environmental systems as well as an on-site installation where site method statements, risk assessments, safe systems of work and site arrangements were assessed.
