A FAKE bride from Ravensthorpe stung seven men for £35,000 in a wedding scam, a court heard.
Sidra Fatima, 33, of Darnley Street, pleaded guilty at Bradford Crown Court to multiple counts of fraud.
The mum-of-two was warned she and ex-husband Raja Haider Ali, 45, both face jail for their dating website deceptions.
Ali, of Huddersfield, also admitted fraud committed from May 2009 to January 2011 to fund lavish lifestyles.
The court was told would-be suitors spent about £5,000 each on wedding gifts and dowries.
Fatima admitted giving false details about her employment and income in relation a £171,000 mortgage fraud in 2007.
The pair also pleaded guilty to insurance claims for three “burglaries” staged at their former home in Huddersfield.
They previously denied involvement but changed their pleas on the third day of a trial which started on Monday.
Judge Colin Burn adjourned sentencing until January 10 but warned both defendants they face prison terms.
