Mark Francois, 33, of Sunways, is currently serving a six-year jail sentence for offences involving mortgage fraud and drug dealing.
A proceeds of crime hearing at Bradford Crown Court showed Francois earned £300,000 from his activities.
But a judge was he only had left assets worth £77,000, most of which has already been seized by police.
Francois was told the remaining £6,634.72 in the next six months or face a further four-and-a-half months in jail.
Last year the court heard how Francois helped pay for an enviable lifestyle through crime, including selling crack cocaine.
Undercover police caught him in a drugs operation. His cousin Mathew Francois, 34, of Benny Parr Close, Soothill, Batley, was also caught.
Mathew Francois, jailed for 29 months for cannabis production, was said to have made £57,730 from his criminal activity.
Judge Colin Burn ordered him to pay realisable assets totalling £15,000, of which a third has already been recovered.
If he doesn't pay the remaining £9,340.80 in the next six months he could be jailed for an extra five-and-a-half months.
