Dewsbury Moor were crowned champions at the Dewsbury Celtic Seniors tournament, beating league leaders Thornhill Trojans five tries to two in the final.
Moor’s scorers were Paul Delaney, Joe Brown, Alan Samme, Paul Shuttleworth and Steve Morton. Thornhill replied with two tries Wayne Loney and Steven Crawshaw.
The other results on the final day were: Dewsbury Celtic 1-8 Staincliffe’ Batley Boys 2-3 Shaw Cross and the Birstall Victoria v Drighlington game didn’t take place.
The top try scorer of the competition with 15 tries was Joe Brown from Dewsbury Moor.
