Trains halted after body found...

POLICE are investigating after a body of a man was found near the railway line at Ravensthorpe.
A train driver passing in the opposite direction raised the alarm at 6.27am on Wednesday.
British Transport Police were called and the scene was cordoned off.
Police said the body was that of a 24-year-old man and it was not immediately clear whether he had been hit by a train.
Services on the Leeds-Huddersfield line were cancelled with trains replaced by buses, causing chaos for commuters. Services resumed in the early afternoon.
A spokesman for British Transport Police said: “At 6.27am officers from BTP were called to Ravensthorpe after the discovery of a body at the side of the tracks.
“At this time its inquiries are on-going in order to establish the full circumstances.”
The coroner has been informed.
